Maybe you noticed something different about this week’s cover, like, there’s a big empty space.

No, it’s not a mistake. It’s a blank canvas.

We’re inviting readers to unleash their creativity in Inland 360’s first Design Our Cover contest.

You can draw, paint, collage, use a computer - however your ideas flow best. Work must be original and should include the 360 logo somewhere in the design. Other than that there is no theme, it’s open to your imagination. It could be seasonal or abstract. You could make a statement or make us laugh. We like to laugh. Whatever you do it should be eye-catching, which is our rule of thumb for covers.

Winners whose work is selected will have their work featured on the cover of a future edition, win two free movie tickets and receive a set of Inland 360 stickers. The contest is open to all ages.

Create on the cover of this week’s edition, or make your own using the dimensions of 10.5 inches wide by 9.75 inches deep. There’s a printable PDF version of the cover included with this story (at the bottom of the page).

Entries must be received by 5 p.m. Oct. 1 to be considered for the contest.

Here’s a few ways to get your finished work to us:

Drop it off at the front desk of the Lewiston Tribune, 505 Capital St., Lewiston; or the Moscow-Pullman Daily News, 220 E. Fifth St., No. 205, Moscow
