Beautiful Downtown Lewiston’s 11th annual Artwalk includes local artists’ work at more than two dozen downtown businesses, musical entertainment from the Lewiston Civic Theatre and cultural enrichment from Nez Perce drummers.
A map of locations participating in the free event is on Beautiful Downtown Lewiston’s website at beautifuldowntownlewiston.org.
Art will be on display from 5-9 p.m. Oct. 7 at locations throughout downtown Lewiston, with live music by area musicians and local wineries and breweries serving drinks at some businesses, according to a Beautiful Downtown Lewiston news release.
Cast members from the Lewiston Civic Theatre’s Oct. 14-30 production of “Little Shop of Horrors” will perform songs from the musical at 5:15 p.m. Oct. 7 in Brackenbury Square, including “Skid Row,” “Grow for Me” and “Suddenly, Seymour.”
The Spirit of the Renegade Nez Perce drum group will be at Brackenbury Square starting at 5:30 p.m. the same day. The celebration of dance and drum, which combines historic and contemporary Nimiipuu elements, is presented by Nez Perce Tourism.
