Marvel’s “Wolverine” podcast includes a familiar voice

Marvel Comics released a new scripted podcast, “Wolverine: The Long Night.” Among the voices in the cast is Clearwater Valley High School and Lewiston Civic Theatre alum Chaske Spencer.

The 10-episode series is described by Marvel as “a captivating hybrid of mystery and the larger-scale fantasy of the Marvel Universe.” It’s set in Burns, Alaska, where special agents arrive to investigate a series of mysterious deaths. The show stars Richard Armitage as Logan.

The podcast premieres today and air weekly on Stitcher Premium. It is scheduled to be released on all podcast platforms this fall.

Spencer is best known for his role as Sam Uley in the “Twilight” film series. More recently, he appeared in episodes of TV’s “Sneaky Pete” and “Longmire.”
