Moscow Comedy Fest, Sept. 8-10, brings more than half a dozen standup comedians to town for performances at a variety of venues.
Comedian, actor and board-game lover Grant Lyon; “Daily Show” writer Josh Johnson; and veteran comedian and festival host Alvin Williams perform at 7 tonight at the Kenworthy Performing Arts Centre, 508 S. Main St.
Headliner Brian Regan’s 8 p.m. Friday appearance at the Idaho Central Credit Union Arena on the University of Idaho campus will be preceded by a 6:30 p.m. Board Game Comedy Hour at Journey’s End game cafe, 215 W. Third St., part of Lyon’s Board Game Comedy Tour.
Seattle-area native Monica Nevi, writer and performer Andrew Sleighter and Williams take the stage at 3 p.m. Saturday at the Kenworthy, and World Series of Comedy winner Landry, musical comedian Kristin Key and Williams wrap the festival at 7 p.m. Saturday at the Hartung Theatre, 625 Stadium Drive.
