Jody Forgey of Anatone was the first person to correctly identify on Inland 360s website that our June 1 Picture This puzzle featured the lion gargoyle outside the front door of the Lewiston Tribune. The gargoyle came from the Tribunes former building at 0213 Fourth St., in Lewiston, which is now the parking lot of the Bollinger Financial Center. The Tribune moved to its present location in 1961 and the gargoyle was installed outside in 1970, according to A.L. (Butch) Alford Jr., president of TPC Holdings.
