The Exercise Physiology Research Laboratory at the University of Idaho is seeking adults 60 years and older to participate in a two-visit study, with seven days of physical activity tracking, investigating the interaction of sedentary behavior and physical activity on body composition and health-related quality of life. Measurements will include surveys for activity levels and quality of life, body composition testing in the Bod Pod, and activity levels via logbook and an activity monitor worn for seven days between study visits. A $25 gift card will be provided upon completion of the study.
