Tickets on sale: Styx in Lewiston and Asotin County Library Fall Festival

Styx

Tickets are on sale for the onetime rock behemoth bringing its legendary arena rock sound to the Clearwater River Casino at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 27.

In the late 1970s, Styx was one of the most popular bands among teens with hits like “Lady,” “Come Sail Away,” and “Mr. Roboto.” The band today is made up of two ’70s stalwarts, Tommy Shaw and James (JY) Young, along with Lawrence Gowan, Todd Sucherman, Ricky Phillips and occasionally original bassist Chuck Panozzo, according to their website, styxworld.com. In 2010, former Styx founding member Dennis DeYoung performed at Lewiston’s Hot August Nights.

Tickets range from $25 to $75 and are available at Ticketswest outlets, TicketsWest.com, and by calling (800) 325-SEAT.
