PULLMAN  - People of all ages are invited to audition for "A Midsummer Night's Dream" to be performed outdoors this summer at Reaney Park.

The show will be directed by Nathaniel Patterson,  production performance and technical director of STAGE Student Productions at Washington State University. STAGE is a student organization that has taken over theater productions at the university which eliminated its theater program last year.

"I think this is a great opportunity for our group STAGE to grow, and reach out to the community of Pullman," says Patterson.  The show, to be staged June 22-23, will be free.

Auditions are on 7-9 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday in Daggy Hall on campus. Callbacks are 5-7 p.m. Friday. A one minute Shakespearean or classic monologue is required for the auditions.

Patterson can be contacted at patternt@gmail.com.
