“Climate Change Skepticism Through the Lens of Climate Justice”

Presentation by Dilshani Sarathchandra, an associate professor of sociology, assistant director of the Institute for Modeling Collaboration and Innovation, and Faculty Fellow Distinguished Scholarships Program at the University of Idaho. Her research focuses on decision-making processes in science, public attitudes toward science and technology and social dimensions of health. Her book “Inside the World of Climate Change Skeptics” with Kristin Haltinner examines the identity roots and ideologies that shape skepticism in the United States.
