Image: June 3, 2016 at the Moscow High School track. The school district's annual elementary track meet was officially named the Doug Fisher Elementary Track Meet. Coach Fisher, who taught physical education at Lena Whitmore Elementary School for 37 years passed away in March, 2016. Pictured are his 4th and 5th grade students at the all-district track meet along with his wife, Joy Fisher. Doug will be inducted into the 2016 Vandals Athletics Hall of Fame later this fall.
