Lynne Haagensen

Artwork by Lynne Haagensen, including two series: "Block Party: Storied Houses of the Palouse" and "Swatches of History: Texture and Time," combining ink drawings with collage, which are then digitally printed, merging classic architectural drawings with color and texture. A professor emerita from the University of Idaho, Haagensen has spent time in Spain, Canada, Sweden and our local region perfecting her artwork. As a local artist she created these two series specifically for the library’s niches found above the adult nonfiction and fiction collection.
