We picked this winning meme by Robert Perret of Troy as the winner of our July 5 Meme Challenge. Last week Seattle became the first U.S. city to ban plastic utensils and straws in bars and restaurants. All businesses that sell food or drinks must offer compostable or recyclable options. The  campaign called “Strawless in Seattle” is a way to reduce waste and prevent marine plastic pollution.
