“Primal Forces: Earth”

When: Thu., Aug. 1, 12-4 p.m., Tuesdays-Thursdays, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. and Fridays, 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Continues through Oct. 31 2024

Exhibit is the second of a three-part series of Primal Forces (Earth, Wind, Fire) from the National Quilt Museum and features 40 art quilts all made by different artists, with individual interpretations of the concept of earth. Opening reception 4-6 p.m. Aug. 2. An artist talk event with Jean Sredl and Patty Kennedy-Zafred will be held from 4-6 p.m. Aug. 30 at the center and via Zoom (link: lcsc.zoom.us/j/88432993884).
