The classic story of childrens literature, The Secret Garden, comes to the stage Friday in Lewiston. The show tells the story of 11-year-old Mary Lennox, an orphan who is sent from her home in India to live in England with her reclusive uncle and his ailing son. Mary discovers an abandoned garden on the estate, where she finds spirits from the past who guide her through her new life. Sydnee Swift of Lewiston plays Mary. The show is rated PG-13.
