Traffic was halted on a road east of Moscow near Highway 8 on Friday night, December 10th, by this migrating herd of elk. And where were they headed in the fresh snow? The Elk's Lodge Golf Course!

The Christmas lights at Lewiston's railroad park were so cheerful, I couldn't resist taking several photos on Friday night, December 10th. A truly beautiful display.
Taken on Oct. 3, 2021 after a dusty dove left an imprint of its visit on our picture window. The dove was fine and flew away. We were so glad to welcome the rain in the past week but haven't washed the ghostly print on our glass. Taken East of Moscow on Wallen Road by Karen Purtee.
